LEARN-TO-SAIL

Fun in the sun! This five day learn to sail program allows parents to choose a week that best fits their busy schedule. This class is beginning sailing with an emphasis on learning the basics and feeling comfortable. Using an Optimist, youngsters learn, rigging, sailboat handling, docking, right of way rules, capsize recovery, knot tying and marine safety.

Program hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Instruction, sailboats and safety equipment are included. Bring bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, lunch and drinking water. Call Community Sailing of Colorado, Ltd. at 303-757-7718 to schedule lessons or for more information.
