Our Youth Leadership Program is designed to help sailors grow beyond technical ability and step into meaningful leadership roles within our community. Participants take on increasing levels of responsibility as they gain experience, supporting instructors, assisting with daily operations, and serving as role models for younger sailors. Through structured mentorship and hands-on involvement, sailors learn what it means to be dependable, accountable, and part of a professional team. This progression prepares participants not only to become instructors and program leaders, but also to carry these experiences forward into future academic, professional, and leadership opportunities.
