Each year we are looking for a team of talented instructors who are ready to share their passion with others. If you are an independently driven person, who loves the water, and wants to spend an incredible summer working with other hard-working teammates, look no further! We have a variety of positions available each season with varying degrees of responsibility. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, but interviews typically get scheduled from January-March. Applicants must be 14 years or older with experience as a junior volunteer with CSC or another similar organization. The US Sailing Level 1 Small Boat Instructor Certification is highly encouraged for those turning 16 this calendar year. Below is the list of certifications needed to be eligible for employment.

- NOTE: Small Boat Level 1 Instructor Certifiations are highly recommended for all staff 16 years and older. This can be waived for first-year staff during their initial season but is required after the initial season has been completed if the instructor is planning to return.
