Adaptive sailing is an inclusive program that allows us to work with individuals or families living with diverse abilities. Join us for a Free Adaptive Sailing Clinics on the 2nd & 4th Mondays in June, July & August at the Cherry Creek and the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays in June, July & August at the Boulder Reservoir. We focus on teaching new skills and empower our sailors to be active participant. This is not going for a sailboat ride as you are at the helm. Our fleet can handle all types of sailors from first timers to those looking for a new experience. Our dockside lift (at Cherry Creek Reservoir) can set you in the water with ease to ensure safe passage. We have our fleet of Access 303 Sailboats, and RS Venture Keel 18’s. Bring a friend or family member or head out with one of our volunteers.

We are always looking for new groups to host a clinic for. Outings last typically last 3-6 hours depending on the availability. Our goal is to teach new skills with our easy-to-use adaptive equipment.
Clinics begin with a brief overview of sailing terms and basic concepts. We then head to the boats for an introduction of the boat and boat parts. Feel free to contact us below for more information today.
