Sailing Programs

Community Sailing of Colorado is your premier instructional sailing program in the Denver Metro and Boulder communities. We are located inside the Cherry Creek State Park and Boulder Reservoir and focus on providing a fun opportunity for children to learn to sail!

Community Sailing’s programs consist of week-long camps for all abilities or the option for advanced students to join our Junior Race Team. We also offer Adult and a NEW Adaptive Sailing Program for individuals with disabilities. Our classes range from first time boaters through adult courses.

2016 Family Movie Night

Join CSC as we preview “One Simple Question” during our Family Movie Night on Wednesday, February 24 at the SieFilm Center in Denver. This great movie documents life aboard a small sailing boat and the answer to one simple question, “can we find an iceberg?” Debuting all around the country, we are excited to bring this adventure to Denver and our sailing community. Live the excitement and challenges of sailing while answering One Simple Question.

All are welcome, especially children, to our annual Family Movie Night. Cost is $15 per person with family tickets available. Click here to purchase online and reserve your seat today. The film will begin promptly and 7:00 pm and we have a special surprise for all our guests after the movie. View the trailer and get ready for a voyage!

17th Annual Spirit of Sailing Gala

Join CSC on April 23, 2016 for our Annual Spirit of Sailing Gala at the History Colorado Center. Our signature fundraiser of the year features a silent and live auction, cocktail reception and award presentation. At this event we honor our Spirit of Sailing Award recipient for their continued support to sailing in Colorado and CSC’s programs.

This special evening raises funds to support two critical aspects of our program: the ELEVATE Adaptive Sailing Program and Roy Burley Scholarship Fund, for those that need financial assistance. Dinner, dancing, and celebration encapsulate the joy and passion sailing brings to members of our community. Visit the Spirit of Sailing website for more information including tickets and guest speakers, and entertainment.
